How We Ship At MOM GLOWS, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners via Shopify Collective. This means your order is carefully picked, packed, and dispatched by the brand behind the product — ensuring quality handling every step of the way.
Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by supplier and destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.
Tracking Once your order ships, tracking information will be automatically sent to your email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Split Shipments If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
